Omnia Recovery is a Joint Commission-accredited, DHCS-licensed behavioral health treatment provider headquartered in Thousand Oaks and serving Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. We offer ambulatory detox, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and outpatient levels of care for adults facing substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and eating disorders, with each primary service line operating from its own dedicated facility and clinical team.

Every client is matched with a dedicated one-on-one therapist and a personalized treatment plan combining evidence-based clinical care, psychiatric services, nutrition support, case management, and family involvement. Schedules accommodate work, school, and parenting, with virtual options for added flexibility.

Beyond our core programs, we offer professional interventions, recovery coaching, and sober companion services, and we provide referrals to trusted residential detox, inpatient, and sober living partners so clients and families have support at every stage of care.

Omnia was founded by people in long-term recovery, and that shapes our culture: a community where clients are known by name, supported without judgment, and connected to alumni and peer networks long after treatment ends.
